Life Coaching

Life Coaching is about reaching specific goals or targets. It does not deal with past trauma (as with counselling), and it does not involve giving advice or mentoring.

A Life Coach is a peer who helps you identify specific goals, and helps you travel from where you are to where you want to be. This often involves viewing a problem without the bias of your limiting beliefs and accepting reality as it is.

You may note that I am not a Guru, Therapist, or Consultant and do not “quick fixes”. My focus is not on helping you deal with the ‘why’ behind certain patterns, but in helping you approach the “how”.

However, I am also not your friend, but a non-judgemental professional who encourages you to grow. I am a trained coach, using practiced communication and active listening skills to support you as a detached thinking partner.

My style of coaching will also be determined by your requirements, where I can be a Listener, Analyst, or Thought Organiser as needed. My clients usually find me easy to talk to, non-judgemental, and insightful. I provide a safe space for you to discuss your thoughts and organise them. Being a certified life coach, I guarantee privacy for any information shared between us and an NDA to that effect will provided to you.

Together we create more power for you to effect meaningful change and take dynamic actions towards your forward movement. I can help clear emotional clutter, alter ineffective thought patterns, increase emotional wellness, and achieve specific targets. I also provide a safe space for processing your ideas and dreams, so that you can move from where you are to where you want to be.
